What ACE provides
ACE audits public and authorized evidence about a business website, prepares bounded changes for approval, verifies accepted changes against fresh public evidence, monitors covered checks and records the work in a Value Ledger. Scores such as Verified Answerability and Agent Actionability describe what ACE could verify from the evidence it inspected at the time of inspection. External facts such as prices, availability, service areas and policies can change after observation.
PASS, FAIL and UNKNOWN are evidence-state results under the current ACE method. They are not warranties of future performance or of personal suitability.
No ranking, citation, traffic or revenue guarantees
AEO, SEO and GEO work may improve machine-readable evidence, crawlability, structured data, service clarity and search hygiene. ACE does not guarantee a Google, Bing or Maps ranking or placement; citation or recommendation by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or any other AI assistant; traffic, calls, leads, conversions or revenue.
Website & AI Safety Baseline
The Website & AI Safety Baseline included with managed engagements is a bounded hygiene check of covered surfaces. It is not a penetration test, SOC, MDR or incident response service, and it is not a guarantee that a site is secure or cannot be compromised. Active testing against a customer system requires written authorization.
Customer authorization and changes
- ACE makes no change to a customer site without the customer's approval of the exact change or a written policy the customer has adopted.
- Access is limited to the fulfillment mode the customer selects. Customers may revoke access at any time.
- Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the business facts they approve for publication.
Commercial relationships do not control truth
Paying ACE buys auditing, monitoring, remediation and verification work. It does not change ACE scores, evidence, source authority or verification results. Any future sponsorship, affiliate or commission relationship must be visibly disclosed and cannot alter an organic result.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to bypass authorization, payment, tenant isolation, rate limits or security boundaries; impersonate ACE; inject malicious instructions into evidence; or use the public service to access secrets or other users' protected state.
External services
ACE may link to third-party tools, platforms, evidence sources and services. Their terms govern activity on their systems unless a separate written ACE agreement expressly says otherwise.

Hosted payment and subscription flows, paid sponsorship enrollment and partner or commission activation are not enabled. Separate written commercial terms will be presented before those gates open.
